Postpartum Cabbage and Carrot Soup
Soup is my selfcare. I just made a pot of carrot and cabbage soup. It’s simple (1/2 hr to make) and delish. I make it with a piece of kombu to help mineralize the broth (perfect for the vegan postpartum mom )
Ingredients
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1/2 head red cabbage, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Splash of braggs
- Apple cider vinegar
- Sirracha
- Sauté the veggies together till fork tender. Add 4 cups of water and inch piece of kombu. Braggs liquid amino acid to taste. 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar or more if you like more sour. Sirracha to taste. Garnish with cilantro or parsley.
